Our Mission Statement:
To construct precise residential and commercial foundations that are simple to frame in a
dependable and timely manner.

We believe the foundation of your home or commercial building is the most important part of the
building process. It is our commitment to you, to begin your project in an accurate and timely
manner, with a foundation that is easy to frame. We believe this can be accomplished through a
highly trained and motivated staff that is equipped with education, skills, and modern
equipment/technology to accomplish the highest standards in the foundation industry.

History:
Founded in 1990 by Daniel "Gene" and Valerie Gore after seeing a strong need for accurately
built poured walls in the Northwestern Ohio area, the company was started with a desire to
construct poured wall basements that would suit homeowners for years to come.
We began with a beverage truck hauling panels that were carried into the basement hole by hand.
In the last 10 years we have grown and obtained the capital to purchase boom trucks to make the
work less labor intensive, safer and more productive by using them to lift the forms out of the hole.
In 1997 we expanded into providing COMPLETE FOUNDATIONS that are ready to frame. We can
provide any and all services associated with the construction of a poured wall basement.
Also in 1997, we expanded into more commercial foundations. We recently added a set of panels
designed to accommodate the needs of these commercial projects. We will continue to grow in
innovation and plan to constantly improve the service we provide and reduce our inputs, by
purchasing new technology that will reduce our labor cost and increase our foundation accuracy.
Office Staff:
Trained and experienced people are there to help with the bidding and planning of your work. We
have four full time office employees which include a business accountant, a CAD layout and design
technician, an estimating and salesperson, and a receptionist. We believe it is important to have
people who are trained and specialize in specific areas to better service our customers.
Our CAD designer takes your prints and places them into a drawing that can be used by the
foreman at the job. It is our experience that few drawings pass through our office without changes.
You will have the opportunity to approve all details of your foundation drawing prior to the start of
the job.
We believe that written communication is the key to a successful project.
Our summertime hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
