Waterproofing / dampproofing
**All waterproofing and dampproofing is hot-spray applied:
- Tuff-n-Dri R3: Standard = 3/4" insulation board.
- Tuff-n-Dri R10: Thickest = 2-3/8" insulation board. Meets Ottawa
county inspection code.
**Drainage, insulation, and compression data available upon request.
- Tar: No water leakage warranty. Polypro asphalt emulsion with polymer
modification. 10 mils thickness when dried.
- Watchdog: 10 year warranty, 12" grade. Polymer-enhanced asphalt liquid
applied membrane. 60 mils thickness wet - 40 mils dry. Has stretch of 500%.
- Tuff-n-Dri Systems: all with 30 year warranty, 12" grade. Polymer-enhanced
asphalt liquid applied membrane. 60 mils thickness wet - 40 mils dry. Has
stretch of 800%. R-value (below) includes pink, unfaced, rigid fiber glass
insulation board:
- Tuff-n-Dri R3: Standard = 3/4" insulation board.
